Hi Chris. Thanks for your inquiry. Your water heater tank with the T & P valve on the side is not a good fit for ZeroEnergy. You won't get the full amount of natural water circulation needed. Thanks again!
Good afternoon. We do not have a heat exchanger that works with a pool pump or chlorinated water. Thanks anyway for your inquiry.
Hi. As discussed, the heat recovery process will only minimally affect your AC system during heating season (i.e., when the heat pump is running). Thanks!
Hi Hank. If you have a heat pump AC system, there is still some hot water creation during heating season. The refrigerant is not as hot but you will still be receiving some of the free hot water benefits with the heat exchange. Please call or email if I can answer any more questions. Thanks Mark 484-255-4653
Good morning. We have a very detailed installation manual and we teach certified HVAC installers how to install Zero Energy quite often. If you send me your email address, I'll be happy to provide you with the manual. We will then be available to speak with your installer when ever you need us. Thanks! Hi JJ. There are several points needed to respond to your question: 1) We recommend you install a mixing valve (also known as an anti-scald valve) that's part of the install kit (sold separately on homedepot.com). 2) Once all of the water in your storage tank is the same temperature, the thermosiphon or natural circulation of the water created by the design of ZeroEnergy stops 3) The heat exchange only occurs when the AC is running. I hope this helps but please call 484-255-4653 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need more info. Thanks....Mark
Not that i know of.
Good Evening. We have installed ZeroEnergy with many mini-split systems. Just to check, please send the make and model number then we'll verify compatibility. email@example.com 484-255-4653. Thanks...Mark
Hi Pat. Thanks for your question. We do have an installer in Miami who covers certain counties. Also, the install guide is very comprehensive and we train new installers via the phone all the time. Please call me or send your phone number and I'll be happy to follow up with you. Thanks again...Mark firstname.lastname@example.org 484-255-4653
