Yes, but they were limited on how much tint they could add because the can was so full. I had it tinted a light beige, but would have liked it a little darker. Later I thought I should have just asked them to remove some of the paint to allow for more tint (don't know if they would do that or not).

I had the same question. I was told by there support that it can be used on walls over existing paint. But it will only be as effective as the strength of the coasting already on. So if what is on the wall currently is flaking and peeling off, and you put this over it. Its not going to be effective as its still going to continue flaking and peeling off. So take a hard metal bristle brush and scrape any lose paint you can off the wall. And be sure to clean the wall. Only after that should you apply the new paint. (Which is all true no matter what kind of paint you use.) As for the floor, i dont know.

Concrete block planter sealant

Can this product be used as a sealant for the interior surface of raised bed concrete block food garden planters to prevent moisture damage and degradation to the exterior surface stucco finish? Would there be chemical contamination to food crops? If this product does not satisfy both criteria, please recommend an appropriate product.
