The directions say that it dries pretty quickly, but is fully cured in 7 days. I'll be painting over pine flooring (with knots) after I apply the BIN Advanced Primer. Do I need to wait 7 days to paint?

I have painted over this product sometimes in a few hours...Its very good for adhesion but for covering the wood knots and some stained spots might need a second coat or gone over with an oil bases primer...I have used this product over wood stained cabnets and paneling to paint them white ..

Can I use this on floors with vinyl tiles in place? I want to paint the tiles and then place laminate floors over them. I was told that my floors may possibly have asbestos and would like to use this as a sealant for peace of mind.
