Perma-White is bright white, but may be tinted to off-white, pastel or medium colors with a maximum of 4 ounces of universal colorant per gallon. Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, dirt, grease, wax, wall covering adhesive, soap film, loose paint or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion.
