It had a plastic tube to pump up the water....
It had a plastic tube to pump up the water. I'm not comfortale with having plastic sitting in hot water year after year. Returned it to vendor.

Great product
I wasn't sure what people's definitions of hot/warm were so I checked the temperature for 8 hours. I put 150° coffee in, it was 142° after 3 hours, 138° after 5 hours, and 130° after 8 hours. Also, I got it in black and I love how sleek it is and that it swivels.

My only concern was that the water was not kept...
My only concern was that the water was not kept Hot enough from the beginning . I even poured hot water into the container to warm it up before I poured water in which was on the verge of a rolling boil. However the water stayed warm for 24 hours
