A: Hi Alison, Our bidets fit the majority of round toilets. They do need minimum measurements of 1.5" from front of toilet tank to center of bolt hole and 7.5" between the bolt holes. Our bidets will not fit on any toilet with a french curve. If you need additional help, please reach out to our customer service team at 847-458-2334. Thanks, Bio Bidet
A: Hi Mama, There is a way to no connect the hot water supply. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team directly as they will be able to assist further. They can be reached M-F 9am-5pm CST at 847-458-2334 or toll free 877-339-5214. Thank you, Bio Bidet
A: It may leak out the hot water hose. You could connect the hot water to the cold connection. I would just get one that only has the cold water connection. This bidet works well.
A: You will need a warm water and cold water hook up for this bidet. If you do not have access to a warm water hookup in the water closet the next suggestion would be a cold water bidet or electic bidet where the water heats up in bidet itself. Thanks, Bio Bidet
A: Yes, it works but you can't hook up the hot water unfortunately.
A: I had no issue with it, the water supply integrates with the same water supply as the toilet
A: I had the misfortune of my cast iron vent stack literally cracking.. This prompted me to tear out the entire basement "water closet" to fix it and decided to build a new basement bathroom/add sink/new toilet/ Bio-Bidet/flooring,etc while replacing the 4" soil stack to my second floor.. It does require atleast a cold water line, but I wanted hot connection also for warm water on the bidet, So you will have to "rough in" a hot side water line from the nearest souce available, unless you don't mind cold water only available to it (and cap off hot connection). (Kind of defeats the purpose honestly of having temp control then, but still able to use it if no hot connection exists)... For me: was a great excuse to get rid of the old water closet and now have a really nice 1/2 bath in my basement, And 2-1/2 times as big as my old space!.. (sink/electric outlet/new John/bidet,etc.)
A: No, it needs to be connected to a sink. I tired to cover the line that needs to be connected to the sink, but it didn’t work.
A: It gets cold from the toilet supply line, but you need to be able to access a hot water line to take advantage of the temperature control feature and function properly.
A: There are two flexible water lines that have to be connected to the hot and cold water lines under the sink. You’d probably have to buy longer hose lines than the ones that come with it and drill small holes in the walls for them to reach the water source.
A: To work properly you would need a hot water source. There are units with cold water only connections.
A: Disappointing quality
A: Hello, We will need to know more about your riser to see if this bidet will work. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team directly as they will be able to assist further. They can be reached M-F 9am-5pm CST at 847-458-2334 or toll free 877-339-5214. Thank you, Bio Bidet
A: It comes with bumper attachments that you can attach to your toilet seat to raise it up if the current spacing is not enough.
A: It installs underneath the seat. There are extra "bumpers" if needed for gap between bidet & seat. Not sure how the streams will work with riser. Might call manufacturer to inquire.
