The 200lb weight limit is if you sat on the closed lid. Most bidets lids are super flimsy and aren’t meant to be sat on.
There is not; it's molded into the plastic and can't be moved.

The cord is 4 feet.
Yes it will work on a raised height toilet. It does not raise it up any more than a regular toilet bowl seat. The lid makes it look bigger but the seat is sloped down from the tank/heater/fan area.
The book states that the water heater is 1200w, the heated seat is 55w, and the dryer is 250w. So worse case is the water heater on high and the seat on high at the same time. I am not an electrician. That being said I currently have mine on a heavy duty extension cord and plan to drop a receptacle very soon. It is not on for a long extended time so I have not experienced any cord heating, lights dimming or any other issues. I am sure every house will be different and in some this might be an issue.
I had to flip over the tee and attach the female tee port directly to the ball cock connection. My stop is 3/8 compression so I used my original flex supply to the male port of the tee. The branch port of the tee goes to the provided supply to the seat. So I didn't need additional parts.
Yes you can. The lid is at a slight angle. I am 150lbs and it did not fold in or anything
