The water pressure in your house should be about 55 psi. This should be well within the normal range for the toilet. I would check that first since too high pressure can damage more than just the toilet. As a work around you may gently turn down the "angle stop" valve to reduce flow to the toilet. This may help alleviate the problem but I feel it is a poor solution and should simply be a temporary fix. Too little water low will give the result you have already seen... the flush is incomplete. My experience with a similar issue has been the toilet seemed to learn the water pressure and adjust as the initial flushes were too strong. I adjusted the flow and after several I ended up with the valve wide open and the flush was perfect. Last guess is it could be a defect in your particular unit causing the problem. Most defects occur at initial start up or fail within the first few weeks of use.

Amazing quality toilet
We went through multiple toilets that were very difficult to install not only that but unbelievably terrible quality that malfunctions. This toilet is definitely worth the money, it has all the features to support elderly adults who cannot use bathroom properly but also has very convenient options for every day use. It is extremely comfortable and easy to use. it is a great purchase and the best quality if you’re looking for this type of toilet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !*

Brillian sanitary solution to a fundamental bodily function
I remodeled the master bedroom bathroom nearly two years ago, and purchased this integrated toilet. It has been used over a thousand times and has worked almost flawlessly. The only problem was an interior hose that came unfastened because the spring clamp may not have been positioned properly, causing water to spray out the back of the toilet. It was easy to fix once I opened the toilet and recognized the problem. Occasionally the auto flush mechanism ceases to work, but that's also easily fixed by unplugging the toilet and replugging it so that it resets. I especially like hygienic advantages of the toilet. The water spray is effective and far superior to using toilet paper. I would definitely buy another toilet, although next time I would opt for the more expensive model with auto-open seat.

Installation went great until I tried flushing it. Flush was very weak, as in not enough to flush urine. Our pressure tank runs between 50-70 psi, which is well within specs. I talked with Tech Support and they had me change some settings and then eventually do a hard reset. After the reset, the remote quit working. I resolved the weak flushing by increasing the water line feeding the toilet with a 3/4" pex line and new larger shutoff valve, replacing a 1/2" pex line that was running to it. This was not recommended by Tech Support. This resolved the flushing issue! Flush is not very strong! I called tech support again regarding the remote and they said they would need to send me a new remote (looking online, this seems to be a common remote issue), which they did promptly. However, now the replacement remote is lost somewhere in the USPS system.... Over a month from purchase and we still don't have a correctly functioning toilet. I will update this review if we ever get a functioning remote.... The Good: * Powerful flush after installing 3/4" pex water line. * Bidet function is nice, but we only have cold water option (not heated), as the remote does not function to turn heat on. The Bad: * Tech support was not helpful in resolving the flushing issue. * Remote is not functional. Replacement remote has been lost in the mail. Remote required for most smart features..

After several trips to Japan, I knew I wanted a bidet toilet for my home. After researching several brands, I decided to purchase the Prodigy from bioBidet. I have only had the prodigy for several weeks but so far we are loving this addition to our master bath. The prodigy was super easy to unpack and install. It took me less than 2 hours for the removal of the old toilet and replacement with the prodigy. The prodigy's features are fantastic and we really love the night light. All wash settings do the job great. The dry function could be improved substantially as it does very little in that department. I believe a stronger fan with more concentrated air near the water nozzle is needed to improve this feature. Overall, I highly recommend!

I have the P700. So no automatic lid opening. That’s fine with me though. The warmer, cleansing functions, night light etc-fantastic. The only let down is the dryer. If you’re in a hurry you’ll need TP to dry off quick. Other than that AMAZING.

Best item in my house is bioBidet
My sister had this toilet and I would always use it when I came to visit. I told my husband when we buy a house this is a must item we going to get right away. My dream came through! It’s so stylish in our beach house and pleasant to use in every way. My favorite option is enema!!!!

Weak flush
The flush is weak. Have been trying to troubleshoot for a month and no progress. Service has been the issue. Cannot get someone to troubleshoot it live. Instead being asked to ship the entire unit.

Follow up on my repair after spending over $100 to have it repaired
Just got my Bidet seat back from being repaired after spending over $100 to ship it to the company for repairs. NOT TO MY SURPRISE (after reading other customer reviews) IT’S NOT WORKING!!!!!! What a garbage company with garbage customer service!!!! I’ve never advocated against a company like this before. I’m not some Bot or internet troll. I’m a homeowner who is beyond disappointed with a completely trash product! SERIOUSLY! BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! IF YOU DO BUY THIS PRODUCT AND EXPERIENCE THE SAME ISSUES AFTER READING THIS, THEN YOU DESERVE THE CONSEQUENCES. SO SO SO DISAPPOINTED!

Toilet was faulty out of the box. They wanted me to uninstall and send it back before a new one was sent. They finally sent one and let the old one stay until the new arrives. I’ll update once the process is over.

not flushing properly
We have had our toilet installed for about 6 months. I do like the toilet but it won't flush half the time until you flush it a second or third time. thought it was just when you went #2 but it is not flushing for either duties about 50 % of the time. Now they want us to send it back to them to take a look at it but I don't have the box or packaging to do that. Very frustrating. My husband can fix just about anything if they would just give us some idea what the problem is so we don't have to send it so far and hope it doesn't get broken while doing so. which isn't covered. We were also told that we have to send it very clean or it will have a 50.00 cleaning fee. You would think we could be mentored through how to check the potential problems and see if we can fix it here rather than shipping it.
