Took a chance and purchased one unit and after two weeks returned to purchase another unit. So far we are very impressed with both units. We went for the ductless mini split air conditioning so we can try and save energy without having to use our home central air conditioning. Easy installation and set up.

wrong dimensions
the outside unit dimensions are a light year off!
I only ordered one because according to specs it should be 17.25" in height.
opened the box to realize it's 21" and some change!!

So far this unit has been perfect for our living...
So far this unit has been perfect for our living room. Cools way better than a "portable window ac" and is a lot quieter too. Note I did have a professional install this, took him about 3 hours from unboxing to unit fully operational. I would totally recommend.
