I give 4 out of 5 because the film and the backing were not completely flatten out together, maybe due to humidity? My project was to make my wood furniture look less dark. It has a strong adhesive so be sure to stable the roll carefully against your work before taking the backing off. It can strip off the wood. My personal tip is measure and slit every few inches without cutting thru the film from the back, so that u can remove the backing piece by piece as u smooth the film onto surface. My only wish is that width of the roll was longer than 17inches or that I can find it. . So far I'm satisfied, I'll buy again.

Worked perfect BUT
Used to line the back panel in a cabinet with glass inserts BUT as with all contact paper wish is was easier to reposition and remove air bubbles!.

I expected more sheen, chrome, mirror-like surface. It's a little cheap-looking. But, it'll serve its purpose, which is to reflect sunlight from windows that are across the room.

The vinyl film covered the area I needed and looks great! Apply carefully so as not to scratch the mirror surface. Recommend laying out flat awhile before applying.
