A:  We didn't have much left so I threw the left overs out. The window is to high for me to measure for you. Sorry. You could always make the purchase and measure yourself, if it doesn't fit, you can return it. Just a suggestion.

      A:  no, wont total block light but may dim it a bit. It would be colorful too prob would be like living in a kaleidoscope. Prob best to find tint instead. Best of luck finding something to stick to those type of florescent fixtures.
