Bottom Seal is broken
After one week of installation, the bottom seal of the shade where it is folded is open. Looks like there was a cheap glue which could not hold it tight! Also the shade does not go all the way up and it stops a few inches to the top!!

Inside Mount leaves too much room for light
As many other reviewers say, w/the inside mount you get too much space on the sides where light comes in! Now I see that most of the product images are outside mounts & the 1 inside mount makes it look like no light is coming in, which is totally misrepresentative of the real product. They fit perfectly, so that's not the problem. My picture shows the 1 shade I was replacing on left. Light comes in that one in the middle, BUT it fits all the way to the sides and top!
So easily scratches too.

Poor quality
We installed the shades right after Thanksgiving 11/25/22 and now I notice tiny holes in the shades on 11/27/22. We kept the install tape intact and only cut it once installed. So annoyed!! Very thin and cheap quality. Will have to buy a different brand.

Just what was needed: simple install and privacy
Roller shades are most practical in our home with children and cats. These have yet to disappoint. They offer great blackout quality while being safe for littles and an ease of use. The customer service from the manufacturer has also been top notch if any issue does arise. Highly recommend

Pretty good so far, Good looking, Installation can be tricky with large/heavy pieces, minor improvements can be made
Pros:
-Good Quality
-Nice looking
Good quality, blocks most of the sunlight, nice looking
Cons:
-The "click-on brackets" can't easily hold in place the heavy 73x73 roller piece, need to be scrappy and mount some of them upside-down in order to safely hold the roller.
-Also, the plastic handle and the end of the shade comes of very easy when pulling the shade down. It could be much better adjusted in order to operate correctly without issues.

iFit? More like NO Fit!
I bought these because The Wirecutter seemed to like them, but the design leaves so much space around the shade that it can't fully black out the window. The shade is 1.5" narrower than the bracket—though I don't see any mechanical reason why it needs to be this way, the shade could be flush on both sides and simply isn't—and the round-down-to-nearest-half-inch sizing adds to the gap. The awful L-bracket design leaves space at the top of the shade as well.
On top of that, I had hoped that the polyester "fabric" would look like, you know, fabric? It just looks like plastic, same as the cheapo vinyl rollers you can get at any hardware store.
Also, one of the screws snapped in half during installation. I have never seen that happen before.
Absolute garbage. I'm furious.

Best shades ever
These iFit roller shades are the Best! I bought one to make sure it was the right size and to see how they look. I did the outside mount and added 3 inches to each side and they work excellent! At first I couldn't find the brackets but they were on the bottom of
the box. They're very easy to install and look gorgeous! I will be buying more for my other windows! 5 Stars!!!

Very easy to install and color was pretty close to what was shown in pictures. I’m very happy with the product though time will tell more since I’ve only had them for less than a month. I do plan to order more for my other rooms.
I would also like to give five stars to the quick, professional responses I received for my questions from the manufacturer via email. They were ready to go above and beyond in making sure I was confident and comfortable with my decision.
Overall ... a very pleasant experience.
