Poor qualiity
I seriously used the new rollers about five times & the end on one of the rollers pin is shredded. VERY poor quality AND at $45!

    Garbage
    I complained about these rollers and was told to "clean" them more....I did, it still happens...these are junk or my vacuum is faulty...this will be my last iRobot product. Shame I was very happy when I received it.

Ease of use is the goal for the s-Series replacement brushes! When we state ease, we are comparing this to standard upright vacuums which typically don't feature modular parts. This does not mean that debris will never wrap around the brushes, but that removal of debris is made simpler.       The worst part of the S9
      We've had the S9 and M6 for about a month and they've been great. I'm a clean freak and constantly maintain/clean anything in the home with moving parts. So naturally I clean all the brushes/rollers after every run and remove any tangled hairs. On the last maintenance I noticed that the neon green roller had tears on the left and right side and when I took them off to take a closer look, one side came right off from the severity of the tear. I knew the rollers didn't last long based off of several online reviews, but I was hoping they would last at least 3-6 months and not just one month. I purchased a replacement set of genuine iRobot rollers a few days ago just as a spare, but didn't think I'd need them so soon. Very disappointed, if I have to replace these rollers on a monthly basis then I'm definitely not keeping this machine and will never recommend it to anyone. Spent over $2000 on the pair, I wasn't expecting to spend a lot more. Hoping someone at customer service actually reads this and does something about it.

That is absolutely not living up to the high standard of quality that we pride ourselves on and that you would expect of us.         Rubber brushes fall apart quickly
        Second day of use and I notice that the rubber rollers are all broken up. Less then 4 hours vacuuming, and I need to spend $44 to replace the rollers, what have I gotten into.

          The worst
          Lets be clear, i love this robot, its saves my sanity on the daily. Lets also be clear how much i hate spending almost $50 (shipped) to replace these brushes when a single strand of hair slices through the entire cheaply made rubber or plastic (whatever its made of!) brush. God forbid you have an rogue lego or little plastic army men anywhere in your home! I'm on my third set now after owning this thing for under but close to a year. I think iRobot can do better.

            I would not buy this sgsin
            I have not had a job that finished without a problem. It gets lost in open rooms and stuck in my dinning room constantly. The bin is too small for a house with a dog that is a non shedding dog mind you.

              Brushes for the s9 awful
              The good thing about it is gets up most of the cat hair on the hardwood floors and this keeps me from vacuuming every day. But the cost is high...I have the s9. The worst things about it....very noisy!!! It also gets stuck at the ends of short pile carpets. And I am very unhappy with the brushes. I have to replace the brushes after only 3 months of use.....they should last longer than this!

                Would I buy this again, No Never
                I own two Rumbas. A 6 that is still using the original rollers after two years. It worked so well we bought a 9. Disappointed with the 9. within 2 months the rollers were broken. I replaced them with after-market rollers because at the speed of the break I could not afford the OEM rollers every quarter. The after marker rollers are much noisier, but they have lasted a year so far. It is like tires on your car, which is more expensive, however, if you had to replace a tire or two on your car every quarter or even 6 months, would you keep buying that brand of tires or even keep that car? I think not. I have been hearing for a long time how sorry the company is that their rollers don't hold up, but I don't see or hear about anything being done to improve the quality or fix the problem.
