AnswerHi, the unit no longer comes with any handles, when you wrap the bag around the inner bin you tuck the bag into a hole. To pull the inner bin out there are hole at end side of the inner bin to help you pull it out with ease.

The photos on both HD and the website claim larger dimensions than whats shown in the specifications. Its really 19.3x26.2x15.4. And the bins DO NOT have handles as show either

I will be returning it. The 2nd one also came with a dent but it was in the back so was going to live with it but the bags would not stay in place and all in all not happy with purchase.

Product looks great had three small dents on one lid top out of box but so small not going to go through hassle to return. Works well with trash bags really like hook area to secure bags from slipping off. Like slow close lids and fits well in space. Would recommend product it is as described.
