Easy to set up. Died within a year. The thing works off of contrast, so if you are trying to use it in a low light area, wont work. Batteries die every other month in a house of 5 using it. The batterie terminals became rusted a bit due to using it by the sink and it stopped working within the year. No reason to waist your money.
Poor execution of a great idea

Purchased in store around Christmas time. Had several occasions where it failed to pump. Emptied soap out and ran warm water through it to restore function. Finally gave up as the pump sounds like it's nearly frozen up even with new batteries. As others mentioned, seems to be rust around batteries. Was 19.99 originally, definitely not worth $60. HD sending a full refund after lengthy, but pleasant phone call to number on the box.

It will dispense on its own and several time I have found puddles of soap on the counter. It really wasted a lot of the soap, it also stopped working all together. Waste of money.

This dispenser does not supply enough soap, and you can't choose the amount of soap.

This soap dispenser only lasted 3 months & there are only 2 people living in this household. The only good thing about it, I paid $10 bucks for it @ a Home Depot store. They must have been trying to get rid of these junk soap dispensers. I would NOT recommend this dispenser to anyone.
We bought 3 of these, and all 3 quit working at around the same time. They lasted about 6 months.

junk. we exchanged them and now 2 of the 3 are also not working properly. I am going to find out about getting our money back. Go with Simple Human Brand. We have had one that has lasted a long time.
Shoddy all around

Comes with a wall-mount kit that would break almost immediately with use - it's just thin plastic, unit bounced up and down on it when touched at all. Solved with a big metal L-Bracket, which is fine for this bathroom but wouldn't be aesthetically appropriate most places.
Then, it stopped working after about a month. Looking at the battery compartment, there was rust on some of the battery contacts. Note that this is in a bathroom that doesn't even have a shower; just a sink and a toilet, so it isn't like moist all the time. Not sure if it was because of the rust (which I cleaned off, mostly) or something else, but it wouldn't work again. Need to go return it to a Home Depot a ways away soon, annoying.
