Very easy to install

These shelves were exactly what I was looking for. I installed 5 of them for shoe storage and it was very easy to install. I put up all 5 in under 45 minutes. They are stable for the weight of 5 pairs of shoes to each 36in shelf. I recommend! Be sure to install correctly so your shelves are stable! (I added accent lighting which is not included)

Had a great deal of difficulty finding 47" shelves and these worked. Had to drill through mounting bar in order to attach to studs. Results is fairly sturdy shelves. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time (certainly no Prime☺), and in good condition. Price is great. Only minor complaint, screws underneath that attach to bracket, are visible, covers would be nice.

We have bought a total of eight. They are a great way to present our collection of vintage phones,cameras,planes etc. I did purchase stronger fasteners. I did not want to take a chance of the shelf pulling out of the drywall

Shelf looks nice, but the bolts that came with it are cheap plastic. We had to go purchase more durable bolts in order to stabilize the shelf. Higher quality materials would make this a perfect purchase.

Came as expected. Easy to install. Went up easy, and looks great. My son has a bit of a shoe collection going on, about 27 pairs and wanted a place to display them.. We ordered 3 of these and he was very happy with them.. We just installed them on Christmas day. So hopefully they will hold for some time.

Perfect! We had a pretty wide space we wanted shelving for but couldn't find anything long enough. I actually found the shelf in the store but ordered longer version online while in the aisle at the store. Husband picked it up without any hassle.

So, I got this advice from a reviewer on Lowes and thought I should share. I bought them from Home Depot as it was closer to my house. I have already installed five of these shelves, four 17.6 x 7.75 and a 35.4 x 7.75. Pictures are attached. Here is what I did differently to make these shelves sturdy and avoid bending (drooping). First things first, avoid the plastic hardware that comes with it. The only hardware I used from this kit were the wooden screws for the stud I used for 2 of the 5 shevles. Where studs are not available, the plastic bolts are supposed to be used. Instead, spend a few more bucks and get you some toggle bolts. I got this 25 box set of 1/8in by 2in from home depot. They are metal and a lot stronger than the plastic things that come with the shelf. They also allowed me to only place 4 bolts into the bracket instead of using all 10 holes. *Note: toggle bolts are one time usage and make rather large holes. A little patching will fix that if you remove the shelf* Second, and may be the deal breaker for some, I put the shelves on upside down, requiring the two screws to attach the shelves to the bracket, to be placed on top. This places the stregnth on top of the metal bracket instead of pulling it below. Most of my holes were covered by the items I placed on the shevles. For the one screw that shows, I placed a little pure white paint on top of the hole and it blends in. As you can see from the pictures, I have many trophies on the shelves. Behind my Avengers bobble heads, I have a collection of Coke glasses. I haven't figured out what to do with them yet, so for now they are kept safe there. Point is, there is easily more than 10 pounds on my long shelf. Take my advice that I stole from a Lowes reviewer, and you to will find satisfaction in these attractive shelves. I will be installing two 23.6 x 10.2 very soon in the same way.
