The mirror is really nice but the sensor is misleading. Our friends have a similar style in their bathroom and the light comes on when you enter. With this product, you have to wave your hand in front of the mirror 1" away – practically touching it – just to have it turn on. It defeats the purpose of the sensor. It would have been easier just to wire it on a switch and turn it on the traditional way, but now it is installed and I'm stuck with it.

Hi Johnny, we’re sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations! It sounds like you’re referring to a motion sensor controlled light. However, our mirrors use an IR (infrared) sensor, and aren’t designed to function the same way. Your feedback is much appreciated and we will definitely consider it for future products!
