A:  The one I purchased does not have metal grommets. It has only button-hole stitching around the openings.

The only thing I would suggest to improve it would be to add magnets at the ends and a couple in the middle (at the bottom) to help keep it in place a little better. The weighted bottom work okay, but the added magnets would definitely increase my rating.
