        Q:Has anyone had a problem folding this cart down? I recently had to return something similar but less expensive to Harbor Freight. It looks very much the same but without the locks on the wheels. I could not get it to fold back down and it bent. Thanks.

        A:  Hello Erika, You'll have to push down on the silver bar that's in-between the handles. When doing so make sure the mechanism on each side of the bar go down. Meanwhile pushing down the silver bar you'll have to pull the handle bar up. Thank you Mount-It! Support!

          Wheels keep coming off
          I really wanted to love this cart. I have a BIG PROBLEM with the screws coming loose dropping off w/o me noticing them and then the wheels drop off . Very frustrating when whatever I have loaded dumps off on the floor. NOW I have lost SIX screws. I am stressing on how to find replacements!!!!!
