Obsessed is an understatement
I absolutely LOVE this rug. I probably looked at it for a year and a half before finally pulling the trigger (hello, struggling graduate student here) but it’s SO plush and beautiful. My dogs love to sleep on it almost as much as I love for them to lay anywhere but this beautiful white rug lol. I know some reviews talked about the color of the lines being more brown, but they were not brown tinted at all on mine. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT BUY THIS RUG
I wish I had listened to other reviews that this rug because it NEVER.STOPS.SHEDDING. We should have sent it back within the first 30 days, but deceptively, RugsUSA puts instructions in with the rug that it will shed for a period of time and then stop. We trusted their integrity. Let me repeat, IT.NEVER.STOPS.SHEDDING. This company isn’t standing by their product. The fibers in this rug are either too weak to adhere to the base or aren’t attached properly. I understand a protective plan for stains and/or damage, but defective? The photos attached were take at the same time a day after vacuuming. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RUG and know that if you do and aren’t happy, you will lose money to pay to ship it back, even if you’re within the return period.

Soft and cushiony

7 inches shorter than listed
I bought the 6'7" x 9' rug, but unfortunately, it is only 6' long. I am curious to know if others received this size as well. Measuring for a rug is so precise that it was really disappointing to receive a rug that was over half a foot shorter than advertised and now really doesn't work in my space as planned.

Sooo soft
Purchased this for my nursery based on the reviews that said it was super soft and the rug did not disappoint! It’s the softest rug I’ve ever owned and probably the most inexpensive esp for the size! Super happy with this purchase.

Loved! Wish it had gone with my space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this rug! It’s very soft, appears to have a slightly taller pile in person. I was hoping it would be a little less white in person, but it is indeed white, not cream. I ended up returning but am going to order something very similar, but in cream!

Terrible wuality
Any picture of an nice rug on these reviews are 24 hours old. Rug was matted, dirty and ruined within a month. Terrible quality. Would not recommend buying. I tried my best to keep it clean and thought it would be able to carpet clean back, but it only falls more apart the more you vaccum. Do not buy unless you don’t ever walk on it.
