Not what the photo shows, but acceptable for the discount price
No way is this the rug pictured however for the price I paid I did not expect much more. The rig has zero fluff under foot. I don’t mind because I will be using this under the dining room table so it will be easy to clean.

Nice enough rug
We purchased the "gray" colorway of this rug. The black in it seems more pronounced in person than it did online - maybe a more accurate description would be "charcoal" than calling this "gray." Fortunately, it still works in our space. It is not as soft and plush as I'd hoped, but it will be easy to vacuum. It relaxed and smoothed out in a couple of days. I'd recommend getting a very plush pad underneath.

Good rug and great deal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug was just what I was looking for and the colors are perfect. It came quickly, was wrapped well, and layed flat after only a couple days. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it is a little thinner than what I prefer.
