    A:  I'm no expert, but I think it will if pack properly. Keep in mind that sand can move so with only a liner on top of the sand it could move as individuals step on it.

      A:  I’ve used this to level my pavers as well as an in-ground plastic pond.  It works very well to keep level the contact area.  For a heavier structure like a pool I think a solid layer of paver base under the sand would be good too.

        Q:Will this work as well as Polymetric sand in between paver joints? Will it bind the pavers and harden to help lock them in ?

        A:  It didn't have the binder so no, it will not harden; however, you can purchase paver sealer that includes a binder that will harden this sand. That's what I plan to do myself and what some professionals recommend vs. poly sand.

          Q:I'm replacing my mailbox post and not using concrete. Should I use the Paver Sand or the Base Sand to fill in around the base of the mailbox post for a tight fit or use something else? I need a fine or medium grade sand to get a tight fit.
