      A:  Hello Rebecca and thank you for your question. The blinds can be inside mounted or outside mounted. Installation brackets, mounting hardware and instructions are included in the packaging. Operation is simple: lift or lower bottom rail to raise or lower blind; tilt the bottom rail to open and close the blinds.
