Q:Can they be sealed after installation?

Answer This Question
A: One side has a sealed or semi-gloss finish. One side has a mate finish. I would imagine you would be able to seal the mate side. I would not seal the semi-gloss side as it may not dry properly already having a protective finish.

A: HI to answer your question.....I will have to say on this item I'm not sure. I do know however you can paint them. I researched this product the best I could other than calling the manufacture and talking with someone,.and that would have probably been my next step. I don't have an answer at this time. I'm sure calling the manufacture would be your best bet at getting the correct answer in resolving this.Good luck on your project. ScottE.

A: who knows but i find that if you sign up for the email notification on the website for this product they will send you an email when it becomes available on the HomeDepot website and ready for you to order.
Also if you have a profile on HD I sometimes place this item on my cart or save for later list. I will come back every few days log in and check my list to see if the item(s) is(are) available or the price to see if HD placed the item on sale all in one snap shot view without having to keep looking up the item yourself. All the items your "watching" are in one place. Works out great and if your not in a hurry and your patient about getting a particle item you can sometimes snag a good or great price deal on the item you have been keeping an eye on.

A: You could clad cabinet doors with these planks meaning that you would need to attach them to a backing like a plywood door. They are not thick enough to be used alone as a door and you could not glue them together edge to edge to get a large plank.
