To reinsert, place the edges of the screen into the tracks and then slowly close the insect screen completely. Once closed, open the insect screen to reset. If the steps didn't resolve the issue, a replacement screen housing is needed. We would like you to note that the screen housing has a 5 years Limited Warranty. The Luminaire Retractable Screen Door is not meant to be installed inside the opening or inside an outswing door, but it should be mounted on the surface front of the door opening instead (exterior trim). The cut out on the mounting components on the Luminaire screen door will be the one attached inside the opening.
