    A:  Yes, once running on 240 volts both the pump and heater can run at the same time. Also the heater is 4 times more powerful once converted to 240 volts.

            A:  Height, length, and depth are the measures give for the spa exterior. The seats are 20 inches deep from the top of the spa with an overall height of 29.5". Hope that helps

              Q:Hi, good looking tub. A few questions: --How powerful is the heater compared to other similar size hot tubs? If the average outside temp is 30 degrees farenheit, will the water be able to stay hot 24/7? --Can you describe the insulation and ability to retain heat? --How quickly can the water heat up? If the water temperature is 80 degrees, how long would it take to heat it up to 101? --What is the depth of the seats? What is the depth of the floor?

              A:  The heater is 1,000 watt when using as a 120 volt plug and play. If converted to 240 volts it now heats with 4,000 watts of heating power. The insulation consists of full foam polyurethane spray foam in the cabinet and a heavy 4"x2" tapered cover. 120 volts would heat by around 2+ degrees per hour and 240 volts would be about 8+ degrees per hour. It will easily maintain temperature at 30F outside even at the 120 volt factory setting. Seat depth is around 20" to top ledge and floor is around 28" deep from top ledge.
