        A:  No, this spa does not need to be placed on concrete. As solid, level surface is all that is required. Decks, pavers, and gravel are all commonly used.

          A:  This spa is considered a full foam insulation. Polyurethane foam is sprayed and fills the cabinet creating a thick insulation barrier. Only the electronics are not covered and can be accessed through the easy open door.
