    Q:We've had these blinds for a few months and love them. However, for the first time, we went to lift our blind and one side crinkled and it will not lift all the way up. Upon inspection, the internal ribbon is tangled and we can't reach it to untangle it.

        Q:I see the depth is listed as 1 3/4", can this work on an inside mount with windows that only have an inch of depth for mounting? Also, would the blackout feature still be effective sticking out 3/4" from a depth of 1"?

        A:  Thank you for your inquiry. Based on the information provided, you will be able to mount the shade without a problem since the headrail measures approximately 1 1/2". The blackout feature will not be affected.
