Q:Why does all of the BEHR Premium Porch and Patio floor paints say they are "Low Luster Enamel paints (which I have always thought enamel paints were an oil-based paint), but then in the description it says, "Easy cleanup with soap and water"?

Q:Do I need to seal it after? I will be using on a wood deck. Also, do I need to prime a previously painted deck or can I just paint over it?
