A: Hi jeremy0, thanks for your question. We do not recommend using our Semi-Transparent Stain & Sealer on tropical woods, such as Ipe, since they tend to be too dense for our products. Have a great day! -Christina

Q:I am applying Behr Premium Solid White stain and want to use a sprayer due to size, # of balusters etc.. I understand it is preferred to use Airless sprayer and a relatively small nozzle of <0.019". What are the consequences if I use air and 1mm nozzle?
by|Aug 26, 2024

Answer This Question
A: Hi Chris, thanks for the question. I believe a 1mm nozzle would be smaller than the .015" - .019" tip that is recommended. If the tip is too small the sprayer would have difficulty spraying the stain because it would be too thick. If you have additional questions about your project, please reach out to us directly. Our customer care team is happy to help. -Ronald
