A:  Hi Jack! Since kitchen cabinets are considered a high traffic area, we do recommend using 1-2 very thin coats of our Multi-Purpose Sealer as a topcoat. You can apply the sealer after a minimum of 8 hours and some people even wait overnight just to be sure the paint has had enough time to dry. The curing period is different from drying. Curing means the time it takes for the paint to reach its maximum hardness and durability. After 30 days of curing, your cabinets can be routinely cleaned with soap and water. Hope this helps!

A:  Hello there! Although our products have a sealer in the formula, we have not tested the water levels that our products can hold and for how long. We do not recommend our products be used anywhere where there is standing water. However, we do recommend it on areas around these surfaces.
