Answer This Question
A: Luckily, there's a rating on the video which allows you to give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. I gave it a thumbs down because it's not helpful for this product. Hopefully, Home Depot notices this and updates the website.

Q:CAN YOU USE THIS SANDER TO SMOOTH THE CEILING BEFORE PAINTING

Answer This Question
A: I think so. I can be used to smooth just about anything given the correct paper is used. That said, depending on what the ceiling is made of, there might be better options available. For instance, this would work well on a wood (or similar) type material. If there is drywall/plaster, this would still work but you might want to find the right type of sandpaper that works best for your application. I hope this helps!

A: Yes you can, this was the main reason i bought this machine, I had a big hole in one of the rooms drywall after i fixed it i had to sand it to make the surface smooth before i painted. You just need to get the correct sand paper to have a smoother surface.
