    Q:I have a 5" k style gutter. The instructions says this product will fit either a 5" or 6" gutter. I don't think this product will bend enough to fit into a 5" gutter. Your comments. Can you show me a picture of this product in a 5" gutter?

    A:  Hello Ken, Best-1 Snap Fit is manufactured in two sizes. Size one is 5" and size two is 6". Please be sure and purchase the 5" version if your gutters are 5". Please see photo of 5" in gutter. Hope this helps.

    Q:Where is the 5-inch dimension measured? I'm not sure, but I think I have 4-inch gutters (measured from the facia to the outside edge of the gutter. Will these particular gutter guards work on my gutter? If not, are there fine mesh guards available for a 4-inch wide gutter?

      Q:Since this has that strip on the outside edge (appears to be 1 to 1.5 inches facing away from the house, not under drip/roof edge) doesn't rain and snow accumulate on that and cause waterfall effect along the gutter. Not the water that runs off room, but the downfall from the rain/snow itself? I like the system but am fearful this edge will cause runoff.

      A:  The strip is just a little wider than the top edge of the gutter sysytem. It will cause nothing more than the norm that the edge of gutter causes.

            A:  It will, in almost all circumstances lay flat, as it is 5" from front to back and that is the width of the gutter. Layed flat on mine.

              Q:If you have an "L" shaped gutter, do you overlap the pieces or can you cut them on a 45 degree angle to make them work properly? What can be used to safely cut the pieces?

              A:  I cut mine on a 45 degree angle and left a little more screen on one of the pieces to overlap the other screen a little.

              A:  You can cut them at a 45 degree angel. A miter saw would be best for that to get the perfect angle. We will be supplying pre made miters soon. Keep a look out!
