A:  if it becomes too full of water then yes the water runs out. either by adding water thru the fill pipe or if it's outside and rain fills it. but if it's outside rain is going everywhere.

    Q:If I plug up the holes how many gallons of water can it hold . It says it hold two gallons but that to the root rack. Im thinking of turning my mine to a pond for guppies and water plants and water pump. Any ideas .And do u think it is a good idea .Or not

    A:  You don't want to plug the holes as you won't really know when you overwater without the overflow holes telling you as such.
