A:  Hi Anna, Thank you for your interest in our products. We suggest only installing on ceiling surfaces that will hold up at least 9lbs or drill into a beam if possible.

A:  Yes, the fabric for this product can be trimmed by the customer.

A:  Yes you cut these to the length you need. 

A:  Hello, the fabric for these panels are only designed to only be filtering. Darker colors may help to darken the room slightly more than lighter colors, but these are not intended to provide blackout coverage.

A:  Hello, these products are available online only. We have sample swatches for most of our products, but you may check with our support team at support@chicology.com for swatch information and availability.

A:  Hello, The panels will slide in either direction, but the way the panels are stacked cannot be changed.

A:  Hello, most of the fabrics are light filtering material. The Movie Night collection is the blackout fabric.

A:  Hello, The Panel Track Blind is only comes in one standard size track. This track is only able to extend to a maximum of 86" width.

A:  The top would just have to be mounted below the ceiling. 

A:  We recommend only using the track included. The panels attach the the track using velcro and may not be compatible with other types of tracks.
