A: Great question, Yukiko! While our Mold & Mildew Remover kills mold on most hard bathroom surfaces, including caulking, it won't be able to remove mold or mildew that moves behind the caulk. In this case, you should get professional cleaning assistance. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-227-1860 and mention reference number 230821-000275. We hope this helps. A: Bruce, thanks for asking about our Mold & Mildew Remover! We want to share that it's safe for most bathroom surfaces, including sealed grout. You should rinse immediately after use on rubber, plastic, or vinyl. For first-time use, we recommend spot-testing in a small, inconspicuous area. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-227-1860 and mention reference number 230426-000547. We hope this was helpful. Ashlee from The Clorox Team
A: An interesting question. This is basically bleach. If you have mildew or mold or pink bacteria infiltrating your grout, the sealant is probably not there anymore anyway. I give a light spray on the floor of my shower every two weeks and it has kept the bacteria away for which I am most grateful. Rinse thoroughly.
A: I would not use this for the rubber gasket. Put 2 teaspoon of 20 Mule Team Borax powder each time you do laundry. It will keep the gasket clean.
A: I use it on everything. Just remember it has bleach in it. So be careful. Spray it on and let it do its job. Very strong … so open the window.
A: Thanks for asking, Danny! While our Mold & Mildew Remover is safe for most hard, nonporous surfaces, it should be rinsed immediately after use on rubber. We also recommend checking with your washing machine's manufacturer for cleaning suggestions. If you have additional questions, please call us at 800-227-1860 and mention reference number 230208-000423. We hope this was helpful. Ashlee from The Clorox Team
A: Great question, Kate. Our Clorox Plus Tilex Mold and Mildew penetrates and lifts off soap scum with detergent-type surfactants to kill the mildew lurking below the surface. While our Clorox Clean-Up Cleaner + Bleach penetrates and removes messes on any hard nonporous surface indoors or outdoors including appliances and outdoor furniture. A: No, I wouldn’t. It could take color out.

A: Don’t know.I would follow label instructions.
A: The photo shows Tilex Mold and Mildew and the Daily Spray is different than that product so I’m not sure if that’s the website error or not. I find the “daily” spray completely useless. It has a fresh scent but just leaves marks. I much prefer Tilex Mold and Mildew that has to be rinsed after application but always cleans remarkably well.
A: Carolyn, thank you for sharing your feedback about Clorox Plus Tilex Daily Shower. We're sorry to hear you experienced streaks, as this isn't what we want for you. So we may lend a helping hand, please call us at 800-227-1860 and mention reference number 220822-000598. We hope you'll reach out soon. Ashlee from The Clorox Team
