A:  Yes, all Comfortbilt units qualify for the 30% rebate through the year 2032 for a rebate capped at $2000 annualy. This rebate is toward the pellet stove and installation up to $2000.

        A:  A grinding noise can be a couple factors. It can be debris in the exhaust motor housing/ or saw dust from pellets on the auger housing.

            A:  The units are equipped with the ECO option that turns the units on/off like a thermostat yes. But they also have the built in thermostat feature that has a range from 61- 82 degrees. Works the same way except on the built in it doesnt turn off.

              Q:I purchased the HP22 Pellet Stove 2800 sq ft EPA last week, first i turned it one it was perfect very quiet, after 3 days non consecutive use it became very loud and vibrating. Do you you if this issue can be fixed ?!
