A: It should, mine has two laptops, two monitors, wireless keyboard component, printer, speakers, usb hub & another computer hub piece & a lamp. We've used this type of surge strip for years at my work. The fire department inspects us each year & they are thrilled we use type of strip.

Q:Does this surge protector come with mounting holes/hardware? From the stock item photo it looks like it does not, but in some customer reviews you can see mounting holes on the ends of the protector? Looking to mount this to the back of my new desk and mounting holes would make life easy for me.

A: Yes, it has mounting holes. I don't remember it having mounting screws with it, I used my own.

A: I bought mine a little while ago. Mine has mounting tabs on the ends with screw holes in them. I wire tied mine to an open wire shelf unit. Works great.
I can’t see the tabs in the online photo. Maybe they changed it, I suspect it’s just the angle the photo was taken from.
Good luck, it’s a nice sturdy metal unit.

Answer This Question
A: The real question is amperage. In a perfect world the equation is Volts X Amps = Watts thus 120 Volts X 15 Amps is 1800 Watts. Don't confuse this with the wattage output of, let's say a piece of sound equipment.

A: This strip will respond once beyond it’s limits with its own breaker. I had 3 Operating hand tools plugged same time

A: First, I returned mine because it was defective. Now, as far as wattage goes, you should NEVER ever exceed the total wattage of the circuit this is plugged into. Now, per various information on the internet, the
maximum wattage for a standard 120-volt /15-amp circuit would be approximately 1800 watts of power before becoming overloaded. For long-term loads, including anything that draws current for more than three hours, the maximum wattage allowed would be 20 percent lower, at 1440 watts.
So, the maximum wattage that can be plugged into this device is 1800 watts.

Answer This Question
A: I don't know what a sew machine computarizer is but you can use this device for anything that does not exceed the capacity of the circuit breaker to which all its receptacles are connected. (A circuit breaker serves many receptacles and connected fixtures. In a house they usually allow a max of 1800 watts). Please consult with an electrician.).
