A:  I am using the Lutron Diva switches. No buzzing that I can tell and the only flickering I notice is while I am adjusting the brightness, once I stop moving the dimmer slider it stops flickering.

A:  Not that we could find. But we were able to scuff and paint the trim ring/light with a flat black paint. They all came out very nice.

A:  No, the night light model will be in night-light mode and the other standard model lights will be on after you toggle.

A:  Only if you use an inverter because the driver runs off 120 VAC. These lights will not run off of 12 VDC nor will any of the other 120 volt LEDS. Look at low voltage landscape lights or get track lighting with 12 VDC heads.
