Q:I purchased the Fusion 200 watt equivalent.
It does not work. The breaker on the 277 volt electrical panel pops. The lamp that was replaced and previously working stated that voltage starting at 120 could be used. What are my solutions?

A: It will go 90 degree out . You would have to mount it in a way that it will go straight up. It is an excellent light. Works well.

Q:I cannot get the remote controller to work. I checked the battery. The On-Off switch does nothing and pushing the various color temperature buttons does nothing. I called the customer help line, but got no answer. Please advise.
