Q:I am considering these panels in black to "blackout" a media room. I intend to cover the ceiling and walls with these panels; is the surfacy shiny or flat? Also, what is the best way to affix to drywall? Tacks, finishing nails or??

Answer This Question
A: I used them to build a hunting blind. I think they were flat?? I painted the blind after. This material is not very strong. I used the roof nails with orange plastic caps, finishing nails would pull thru. It is the same material that campaign signs are made of except black. GOOD LUCK.
