      Q:The instructional video says "any unglazed porous or stone tile will require a pre-sealing to prevent staining" but the instructions here say the grout must not have sealer. How does one seal the already installed tile without sealing the grout as well?

                Q:The video first says to wipe off excess colorant from tiles while it's still wet. Later, it says after the colorant has set, mist with water and wipe off colorant from tiles five minutes later. What should one do with these contradictory instructions?

                A:  The majority of the Polyblend Grout Renew Colorant can be wiped dry from the surrounding larger tile while still wet and when finishing the application, the colorant should be allowed to set in the joint prior to buffing remaining residue from the tile.
