Q:Are the boxes containing the tiles marked "CUSMA" to indicate they were manufactured in Mexico or the USA?

Answer This Question
A: Hello, Thank you for your question. The box label does not reference "CUSMA". Under the shade number is a Loc or Plant designation. The number 200 means it's made in Mexico. 999 is an imported item. Any other number identifies the tile is made in the USA.

Q:It seems like a bad idea to not use spacers and just rely on the built-in lugs - will butting the tiles cause "spalling" or chipping of edges as the tile moves naturally over time? I plan on using these for a kitchen backsplash (including over the sink).

A: "Ceramic" has a glass coating "grazed" is a typo. "Glazed" is what they meant. In laymen's terms "Glazed" is the glass coating, if the "Glaze" is "Shiny" it's "Polished", if the "Glaze" is dull in appearance it's "Matte".
