A:  No, it is full pressure unless it is in the middle position, then it splits the pressure between the hand set and the shower head

A:  it is not normal. I have full pressure even when I have both shower heads in use.

A:  Not sure. Or is it the hand spray just really sprays well. Have you tried removing the restrictor from the shower head? Note: while running the Shower Head and Hand spray together you will see pressure a drop in both.

A:  I would say no as mine dose not reduce the pressure.

A:  Unfortunately, this shower arm diverter is not available in the Polished Brass finish. The U4929-PB-PK is available in Polished Brass, however this diverter does not have an attached mount for the hand shower. Thanks, Jon B

A:  Yes, but you have to type into search;3-way shower arm diverter in brass. It will bring up all the colors,chrome,stainless, venetian bronze, and brass.

A:  Yes it is metal. However, the handle that you use to change the spray is plastic. Ours was very tight and difficult to change and broke after a few weeks.

A:  Anytime you put anything in the way of water flow, the EPA insinuates itself. So yes, I am afraid that it will reduce water flow. But so will your showerhead, your shower wand, in fact, the valve in the wall of your shower. Perhaps that is what you want?

A:  No, there is full flow to the limits of your water pressure. When using the hand shower and it is in the middle position, it splits the water pressure between the shower head and the handset so each gets half of the water pressure.

A:  Since the older takes the end of the hose as it is connected to the handheld shower, it will accept any handheld shower.

A:  I had the same concern, as I know that there is not a standard neck diameter design being used among all manufacturers. So, to be safe, I stuck with the same manufacturer. So, my shower head, shower wand, and shower diverter valve are all Delta brand.

A:  It appears to accept all hand held shower sprayers.

A:  This holds the 1/2" connector end of the hose that attaches to the shower head. most styles are made this way but not all.

A:  From my experience, I found the Moen shower handle fit very well. I would think the other brands would fit also. It is large enough to handle most of them.

A:  The shower holder actually doesn't hold the shower wand, it holds the end of the shower 'hose' that connects to the wand, so yeah, it will work with your shower wand, unless you have a non-standard hose connected to it. (That is the weak point that I see, is a heavy shower wand could mess with the plastic over time. But I'm installing it anyway.)

A:  Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # U4920-PK will accomodate any Delta Faucet handheld shower.

A:  No, the Delta brand are all supposed to fit, but other brands don't always. i.e. raintree did not so I got a delta. Please note the rounded handhelds are not that easy to control when soapy and wet.
