A:  I DONT LIKE THOSE EITHER SO I DIDNT PUT MINE IN TO BEGIN WITH. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION YOU MIGHT TRY A SMALL PAIR OF NEEDLE NOSED PLYERS TO PULL IT OUT. MINE WAS PLASTIC AND SPLIT IN THE MIDDLE. IF THAT DOESNT WORK THEN YOU MAY HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE THE DRAIN TUBE AND REMOVE. BEST OF LUCK

A:  We have one in a half-batht that is seldom used, so I've not encountered this issue. But one reason that I buy Delta products is their customer service is good and responsive and their faucets are guaranteed for life. I'd call them as a first choice.

A:  Yes, you can uninstall the "worry free drain catch". It is not a difficult procedure, you remove the pop up stopper, slide the drain catch sleeve off and replace the pop up stopper. For a pictorial of the process go, to page 7 of the installation manual. You can see how to remove the offending sleeve. Picture C should have the info that you want. https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfImages/69/69680468-cd00-49f9-9e99-83fa5f56eb44.pdf I hope that this helps you

A:  I had to return it. The faucet water line that connected to the main water line came off and would have flooded my bathroom unless we were not home. We heard the water running and turned it off at the source. Other plumbers told me they never use faucets that have plastic parts for that reason. They can suddenly disconnect. I purchased another faucet (Kohler) that did not connect to the water line with plastic parts. I did love the look and the Kohler was comparable.

A:  Thank you for your question, JohnB. The valve and handle bases are secured by tightening the mounting nuts under the sink. Please refer to page 4 of the Installation Instructions for more information. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email customerservice@deltafaucet.com or call us at 1-800-345-3358. A:  No, sounds like you need to tighten up on the screws on the bottom nut.

A:  I'm not 100% positive since I didn't install mine myself, but when I have time I have to loosen mine because the plumber that installed it has it just crooked enough to annoy me. Looking at the installation instructions, it appears that there is a kind of oval shaped plate under the vanity, sink, or whatever the handle goes through. it slips over the underside of the handle. There are two screws in the plate that are tightened to hold the handle assembly in place. Hope this helps.

A:  CHECK UNDER YOUR CABINET WHERE THE HANDLE PASSES THRU YOUR TOP. THERE ARE NUT/WASHERS ON THE THREADED PART OF YOUR HANDLE THAT YOU NEED TO TIGHTEN. THIS SHOULD TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOOSE BASE PROBLEM. see my picture its of a different faucet but same idea. GOOD LUCK

Q:My contractor installed this with the handles facing forward and you have to push them back to turn the water on. Is that the only way? Or should it have looked like the picture where you pull them forward for water to come on?

A:  Your contractor installed them wrong. They pull forward to turn on. The hot water will have the red tag. If the contractor did not reverse the hot and cold it is a matter of loosening and spinning the handle. Good luck.

A:  They're definitely installed incorrectly. It should be installed so that you have to pull the handles forward to turn the water on and push them back to turn water off. In the off position, they look just like the picture does.
