    Q:I'm writing an email from Japan, and I have deep interest in this faucet. Today, I would like you to ask whether this faucet includes the piping hose, which is to be set under the counter. If not, what kind of piping hose should I prepare (and from whom can I buy) for plumbed-in this faucet? Since this faucet would be installed not in US but in Japan, I am wondering how to plumbed-in this faucet to water pipe, if it does not include the piping hose. Hope to hear your advise.

    A:  Hi DS, Thank you for your question. The hoses to connect the faucet to your supplies are sold separately. This faucet has 1/2"-14 NPSM threaded supply connections. Please check the thread size for the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. You should be able to find the needed hoses at a plumbing supply store or online. Best regards, Jon

      Q:I have had our plumber saying that Home Depot's stock is entirely manufactured in China and that he will only personally guarantee stock from his suggested plumbing supply store (which I am sure he gets a kick-back from). My question is if the plumbing supply store and their so-called better quality vs Home Depot actually carries weight, even if the models that are carried at Home Depot vs the plumbing supply store have the exact same model number?

      A:  Hi Beryn, Thank you for your question! Regardless of where a Delta faucet is purchased, it is held to our exacting standards. So long as the model number of the faucets in question are the same, the faucets will be no different no matter where it is sold. Retailers such as Lowe's and Home Depot do have "retail exclusive" models. These models are specially designed to be sold only at a specific retailer and are designed in part by that retailer.           A:  Hello Russelle, Thank you for your question! The spout on the B2596LF-OB two handle lavatory faucet does not rotate. We currently only carry one two handle center set faucet that has a swivels spout and that model is the Porter 25984LF-ECO. Best regards, Brandis

They are 470-WH-DST, 141-WH-DST, 340-WH-DST, 440-WH-DST, AND 441-WH-DST. Check with your local associate to see if any of these will work for your application. Thanks. Jody
