    A:  Hi Craig! A 19 mm socket or scrench is needed for removal. Only remove the spark plug when the engine is cold. Removing spark plugs from a hot engine with an aluminum cylinder may cause the threads to strip out. Step #1: Disconnect the spark plug lead. Step #2: Using the 19 mm socket or scrench, turn the spark plug counter clockwise.
