The continuous hinge is not recommended for use as a weight bearing hinge.
I assume your question is about the screws. They might be a little too close for comfort as the screws themselves are about 3/4 inch. Since the thickness of the hinge itself gives you a little buffer, you might get lucky but I guess you can get new smaller screws.
The leaf of the Everbilt 1-1/2 in. x 48 in. Oil-Rubbed Bronze Continuous Hinge is .64 inch wide. If the 3/4 inch plywood is a full .75 inch wide, the hinge should work.
The installation instructions note (1) Position hinge and mark screw holes (2) Drill 1/16" pilot holes (3) Install and tighten screws.
The 1-1/2 in the case of this hinges means its 3/4" per side for a total of 1-1/2" wide.

They should hold up fairly well.

Might be okay but a good coat of dry coat could help
