A: Line not primed, defective pressure tank, problem with pump.

A: possible bad capacitor in the control box. Some well pumps require control boxes some apparently don't the capacitor is a round cylindrical black plastic looking item in the control box.

A: There isn't a cut in only adjustment.
A 11/32 socket on nut #1 turned clockwise will raise both the cut in and off pressure.

A: Not to say I ran out to my pumps to read, but most of these are offshore.
I literally looked inside several brands (including Square D) and they were identical.
In case you didn't know, this is Home Depot's private label product. That's why I buy the brand name. I do a fair amount of projects so, if I need to bark about something, I know exactly where to go, and they know it came from them.
