Q:How big is the window? If the opening is 28 and I order a 36 to use this door as a barn door, will the trim show through the window? When will the 32 inch door be available?

        Answer This Question

A:  36" , approx. 27-3/8" x 67", 32" is 4" less. Stiles on both doors are 4.25". So with 36" it will be mostly glass but some trim may show. 32" should hopefully be back in stock in 1-2 weeks.

          A:  Yes

A:  The door is a solid core. Height was O.K. for my needs, but I had to trim it down to 31.5" wide to fit the opening. I had no issues. There is 4" at the top and 8" at the bottom. Shouldn't be a problem removing 3" from either, or a combo of each to fit your opening.

A:  Yes, it can be trimmed to fit.

A:  In height, a 1/2" on the top and bottom. Once you go past a 1/2" you pass the edgeband and will cut into the engineered core. Not going to hurt the door but will not be a clean edge, ok if you are not looking at the top or bottom rail of the door.
